Anomalous India 2014

2014 has been year of many changes and revelations. Under the UPA government, India has been very dramatic and witnessed many changes in the political history. One of the fastest growing countries has been the worst performing country because of the corruption and governance. Since a decade country suffered with policy paralysis, scams, job loss and inflation. Common man has suffered the most. Instead of reviving economy and controlling inflation Congress party of India put all the efforts to make Mr Rahul Gandhi , Prime Minister of India.

Election 2014 has been the most ill-mouthed India has ever witnessed. Parties have indulged themselves in mudslinging rather than developmental issues. This election has been the most polarized on caste and religion. However, Mr. Modi was the only person was chanting development mantra throughout the campaign. For the first time a prime Ministerial candidate has been on the target of every other political party including the smallest of small parties like Asaduddin Owaisi’a IMIM. People of India have shown that they are above all the castes and creed and no more religion and caste can influence any against development. The country’s policies, facilities and the security have been being derived on the basis of caste and the religion.India has seen 2G,CWG,Coal and Corruption. We have lot of hope on Mr. Modi.
I will have to mention Aaam Aadmi Party and Mr. Arvind Kejriwal here. The party has filled a new hope of clean politics in people and Mr. AK as the most prominent leader this country has ever seen. But Mr. A K’s wrong decisions and lack of clear goal has downgraded AAP's credibility. Instead of organizing the party efficiently, AAP has jumped in to LS elections before proving something in Delhi. Now AAP is the most unorganized and irrelevant party in the country.

Without mentioning Mr RAGA this blog is incomplete. As a lay man I always wondered that why Congress party is behind Mr RAGA to make him PM, where his capabilities don’t match the post. Probably this also one of the reasons that Congress party has been vanished. Congress has many leaders like Pranab Mukherji, Kamal Nath, A K Antony and many more not obviously Diggy Raja ( Apne main mast hai ;-)), lets see if Congress has learnt a lesson or it start singing RAGA again. Thank you.

Indian Classical Music

The tradition was born out of the Vedic chant tradition dating back to thousands of years. Various other influences were absorbed along the way. The terms used are North Indian Classical Music or Shastriya Sangeet

Hindustani classical music diverged from what eventually came to be identified as Carnatic classical music. The central notions in both these systems are that of a melodic mode or RAAGA, sung to a rhythmic cycle or TAAL. The tradition dates back to the ancient Samaveda, (ritual chant), which deals with the norms for chanting of Srutis or Hymns such as the Rig Veda. These principles were refined in the Natyashastra by Bharata (2nd-3d BC).
In medieval times, many of the melodic systems were fused with ideas from Persian music, particularly through the influence of Sufi composers like Amir Khusro, and later in the Moghul courts. Noted composers such as Tansen flourished, along with religious groups like the Vaishnavites. After the 16th century, the singing styles diversified into different Gharanas patronized in different princely courts. Around 1900, Vishnu Narayan Bhatkhande consolidated the musical structures of Hindustani classical music into a number of Thaats / Ɵa: t /. In the 20th century, Hindustani classical music has become popular across the world through the influence of artistes like Ravi Shankar, Ali Akbar Khan and many others.

Indian classical music has seven basic notes, SA RE GA MA PA DHA NI, with five interspersed half-notes called KOMAL SWAR, resulting in a 12-note scale. Unlike the 12-note scale in Western music, the base frequency of the scale is not fixed, and inter tonal gaps (temper) may also vary; however, with the gradual replacement of the Sarangi by the harmonium, an equal tempered scale is increasingly used. The performance is set to a melodic pattern called a Raga (also spelled as Raag) characterized in part by specific ascent (Aaroha) and descent (Avaroha) sequences, which may not be identical. Other characteristics include Key Note (Vaadi) and Secondary Key Note (Samvaadi) notes and characteristic phrases (Pakad). In addition each raga has its natural register (Ambit) and glissando (Meend) rules, as well as features specific to different styles and compositions within the Raaga structure. Performances are usually marked by considerable improvisation within these norms
In Karnataka, Hindustani Classical Music has been pioneered and popularized by legend Pdt.Ganayogi Panchakshara Gavai. With the blessings of Sri Haangalla Gurukumareshwara Swamiji he has founded his institution Veereshwara Punyashrama at Gadag.Veereshwara Punyashrama a dedicated institution not only for Indian Classical Music it has extended services to the society by offering shelter and education to the orphans and blind children. It has produced thousands of musicians, given life to thousands of orphans and blind children. The popular disciple of Ganayogi are Padmabhushana Pdt Puttaraj Gavai are Pdt.Basavaraj Rajguru,Pdt.Panchakhari Gavai Mattikatti,Pdt.Sheshadri Gavi Pdt.Arjuna sa Nakod, etc. After Ganayogi Panchakshara Gavai,Pdt Padmabhushana Puttaraj Gavai has continued his services at Veereshwara Punyashrama by heading the institution after Panchakshara Gavai. Veereshwara Punyashrama has reached its new height in producing Indian classical vocalists under his guidance and serving the orphans and blind children of the society. Some of the popular disciples of Puttaraj Gavai are Pdt.Rajguru Guruswami Kalikeri,Pdt.M Venkatesh Kumar,Chittaragi Basavaraj,Veereshwar Madri,Kumar Da,Eshwar Morgere,

Get Fooled Easily Some Time- Bad Experience at INOX Jayanagar Bangalore.

Yesterday with a full enthu' we went to watch movie "AVATAR" 3D at INOX Jayanagar Bangalore. We had booked the ticket for week end a week back, one can understand the curiosity to watch 3D movie.

"AVATAR" is excellent movie, most expensive movie ever made. The movie started we worn the eye glass (is a must to watch a 3D movie) given to us,half the movie was over and no clue of the the 3D effect. The full movie we watched with not even a single 3D effect.

Everybody was watching movie calmly (god knows whether they knew the 3D concept or not),it is really a pain to watch movie wearing a 3D glass if its not 3D movie .Watching the movie was painful and we were disappointed to the core. Some people dint even know what's 3D they watched and went off.

I have written a mail to INOX customer care, God knows whether they see it or not.

In big cities people make money cheating people like us.Be careful before you book a ticket, watch AVATAR- it should be watched with 3D effect.

26/11 - A big salute to all the Martyr

26/11 is the dark day in the Indian history, we will never forget the brutal and inhuman act of the terrorists and hard to forgive the hand behind it.A cruel attack on the country which is since thousands of centuries preaching and following peace and harmony.

The people behind this are wasting the young blood and sacrificing their country's resource for such inhuman activities. No religion in this world say to kill innocent for any cause, some extrimists alter the preaches and misguide the youth for their own growth and selfishness.
Friends from pakistan, don't be foolish! No one has achieved anything by this kind of acts, live your life and enjoy it because 'you will never get it back.

Pakistan is getting it back from their own people, it is being destroyed by their own people.
Geeta - " As you will sow,so you will reap it" - means if your actions are good then the results will also be good and vice-versa.

Fatwa Against "Vande Mataram" - How ridiculous

Incident: Deobund (UP) : Terming the recitationof "Vande Mataram" as against islam, Jamait-e-Ullema-Hind (JEU) has passed a resolution against national song (Zee News Bureau).

Today when I read the news , I was shocked and stunned of the Jamait-e-Ullema-Hind 's daring.

You can imagine the condition of India and the extent of corrupt and vote bank politics.

Is our politicians forgotten that they are running a country not their home, is there no restriction or any law to avoid such nuisance?

Gathering with thousands of people in public place and an oraganisation openly disrespect our national anthem, how ironic it is. Are we in jungle raj where no law,no restrictions and anybody can do anything.

And another shocking news was Mr. Prime Minister and Ms, Sonia Gandhi were supposed to attend the conference.

On behalf of all true Indians I request all the political parties to stop vote bank politics, its time to change. Our own house is under fire, please save it. Punish those morons.
