Get Fooled Easily Some Time- Bad Experience at INOX Jayanagar Bangalore.

Yesterday with a full enthu' we went to watch movie "AVATAR" 3D at INOX Jayanagar Bangalore.We had booked the ticket for week end a week back,one can understand the curiosity to watch 3D movie.

"AVATAR" is excellent movie, most expensive movie ever made.The movie started we worn the eye glass (is a must to watch a 3D movie) given to us,half the movie was over and no clue of the the 3D effect.The full movie we watched with not even a single 3D effect.

Everybody was watching movie calmly (god knows whether they knew the 3D concept or not),it is really a pain to watch movie wearing a 3D glass if its not 3D movie .Watching the movie was painful and we were disappointed to the core.Some people dint even know what's 3D they watched and went off.

I have written a mail to INOX customer care, God knows whether they see it or not.

In big cities people make money cheating people like us.Be careful before you book a ticket, watch AVATAR- it should be watched with 3D effect.

26/11 - A big salute to all the Martyr

26/11 is the dark day in the Indian history, we will never forget the brutal and inhuman act of the terrorists and hard to forgive the hand behind it.A cruel attack on the country which is since thousands of centuries preaching and following peace and harmony.

The people behind this are wasting the young blood and sacrificing their country's resource for such inhuman activities.No religion in this world say to kill innocent for any cause,some extrimists alter the preaches and misguide the youth for their own growth and selfishness.
Friends from pakistan, don't be foolish! No one has achieved anything by this kind of acts,live your life and enjoy it because 'you will never get it back.

Pakistan is getting it back from their own people, it is being destroyed by their own people.
Geeta - " As you will sow,so you will reap it" - means if your actions are good then the results will also be good and vice-versa.

Ray of Hope in the Indian Job market

Friends, it was good to hear yesterday's news about the sectorial job creations. The data was really optimistic and anticipated.Mainly the IT ,Auto and banking sectors have shown the fast recovery and the job creations.As per the news channels and experts, there are more than 1,00,000 new jobs have been created in these sectors.

Finally it is a sigh of relief for the young people who had no hopes few months back.

Fatwa Against "Vande Mataram" - How ridiculous

Incident: Deobund (UP) : Terming the recitationof "Vande Mataram" as against islam, Jamait-e-Ullema-Hind (JEU) has passed a resolution against national song (Zee News Bureau).

Today when I read the news , I was shocked and stunned of the Jamait-e-Ullema-Hind 's daring.

You can imagine the condition of India and the extent of corrupt and vote bank politics.

Is our politicians forgotten that they are running a country not their home, is there no restriction or any law to avoid such nuisance?

Gathering with thousands of people in public place and an oraganisation openly disrespect our national anthem,how ironic it is. Are we in jungle raj where no law,no restrictions and anybody can do anything.

And another shocking news was Mr. Prime Minister and Ms, Sonia Gandhi were supposed to attend the conference.

On behalf of all true Indians I request all the political parties to stop vote bank politics, its time to change.Our own house is under fire, please save it. Punish those morons.

Noise on Jaswant Singh's book on Jinnah

These days I am hearing the noise on Jaswant Singh's book on Jinnah.I really don't understand why people at this age write such things which are really unknown for people like our genertion.If you ask me,truly I believe that we all have not been educated on the truth and realilty of our freedom.What we know is what is written in our curriculam, and that was opposed by many people time and again.

I still wonder why we are not much aware of each and every movement of freedom fight?
Why only Gandhi,Nehru,Vallabhai Patel,Shastriji's names are much heard ?
Why not Subhaschandra Bose,Rajguru,Bhagatsingh,Swamyvivekananda name are not heard in the freedom fighters list?

We all been hearing about the division of India and Pakistan and we all know who is responsible for it.as much as I know and heard (obviously the things,which are circulated by these politicians) that both Mr.Jinnah and Mr.Jawaharalal Nehru are responsible for the division of India as both wanted to be Prime minister or President.No one was ready to accept nothing less than these posts.

I have not read Jaswant Singh's book yet , but why jaswant singh written in such fashion that Jinnah was not the culprit of division?

Truly these politicians have altered the truth of freedom fight all these years and have been presenting it to us for their political game.We will never be educated on the reality and truth of the condition and movements of Freedom fight.

Balochistan issue:Pakistan's desperate try to embarass India

These days there are several reports and and special pragrammes aired on the TV shows on Baluchistan issue.
I felt like laughing at Pakistan's statements and it was showing their desperate try to make India struck in some issues and embarrassed .I am more interested toward the irritation of Pakitan on friendship and the strategic cooperation of India and Afghanistan.I really appreciate Indian government's efforts to establish a good relation with at least Afghanistan.Otherwise we don't have any good relation with our neighbours take Srilanks,Bangladesh,Nepal,China etc.

Pakistan has established an unethical or NAJAAIZ (what we call in hindi) relation with all the neighbors of India and using them against India.

We should really be strategic and calculative in dismantling international terrorism and importantly in destroying Pakistan terrorist organisations.To achive this if more cases like baluchistan comes don't worry,Mr.Primeminister we are with you.

Ethics at Work place!!!!!!

Morning I was reading Times of India news paper and read a nice article by Priya C Nair.In the article she has discussed about the ethics an employee should follow.Continuing the discussion, she also discussed on the bad manners of employees Like attending too many personal calls in the middle of the work,Gossip,Dress Code,Office Facilities,Falsifying information,etc. As an HR professional, I truely believe in basic ethics a human being should have irrespective of a professional or a layman.

We can see in the organisations many a times, that employees use office phone for personal calls without any hesitation.Any employee should understand that the office facilities are given for employees to ease their work and facilitate the extra benefits to make them feel better at work place, but not to misuse the facilities.

In some cases,employees neglect or over look company policies and every day they enter office lately and they stretch their hours in the evening.But what is the necessity of coming late and stretching hours?For one or two employees the whole office lights,A/C,power and all other facilities will be on.This may cause continues wastage of the energy as well as financial loss to the company.So policies are made to facilitate employees as well as to lay down some discipline in the work place and employees should respect that.

We can also see many employees involve in falsifying documents,unhealthy gossips,Politics,etc.Ethics and moral responsibilities are the controlling features which are within an human being.Which builds a strong,healthy and a nice human being from within without any external force.It also creates responsible citizen for country,a strong professional with a beautiful mind and also an able employee for an organisation.

Many a times I thought of writing on recession and lay offs, but I could not get the right platform. 
Organizations will have the contribution from its employees in the growth, success and the revenue. When a company hires a person, its not only hiring a person, it also ensures the food and shelter for a whole family. At tough times organizations lay-off employees saying "non performer”,” long time bencher", etc.


PLEASE NOTE THE POINTS BELOW
1) If you say so, then why organizations have recruited such non performers and also have given him/her a misconception that he is doing well and he is good at his work. for all these days.

2) Organisations have given him/her false assurance of security and stopped him/her striving for improvement or other alternatives.

What happens when layoff happens in the recession time?
a) he/she may not get job anywhere because of the recession.
b) If the person is a lone bread earner then the whole family would be in trouble.
c) What about the future of the family, kids, parents etc.

In the countries like India people live with no social security from the government.
If a person is working then every one will come and ask the hard earned money in the form of hundreds of taxes to fill the corrupt politicians Swiss Bank A/Cs. When a person is laid-off with no security for his/her life, not even from the government the time would be hard. Here an organization should really think before doing so and that would be a great contribution to human society.

Instead organization can go for alternative plans like,
1. Please ensure stop wastage of paper/printer/electricity/unnecessary stretching hours/tea and snacks/stationary items/.The cost you can save per day is at least Rs. 10000 and 3650000 PA.
2. Re work the routs of the cabs and stop the excess cabs, org can manage to save monthly approx Rs. 200000 and per Annam Rs. 2000000.
3. Stop all the salary hikes this year; employees know the situation and the difficulties of the market, everybody will understand.We have seen many of the companies have adopted this.
5. If possible reduce the higher management travel cost example instead of first- class air ticket, go for economy class. Re check the policy of DA and reduce the standard Accommodation like 5 star to 3 star hotels. B
